Clear Creek Baptist Association has a Block Party Trailer available for member churches to use for outreach events such as block parties, Vacation Bible School, family events, community gatherings, and more.
Our hope is that this resource will help churches connect with their communities, create welcoming events, and open doors to share the love of Jesus.
What’s Included
The Block Party Trailer currently includes:
- Snow cone machine
- Popcorn machine
- 2 inflatable bounce houses
- 2 inflatable basketball games
- Basketballs
- Dolly
- Blowers
- Four 50-foot extension cords
Concession supplies for the snow cone and popcorn machines may also be purchased through the Associational Office.
Cost
There is a $50 per day usage fee for the trailer.
These funds help cover repairs, replacement of machines or inflatables, and the purchase of additional equipment or games.
After the trailer is returned, the church will be billed for the daily rental fee along with any concession supplies purchased.
